In Kaohsiung

This is the second time I visit Kaohsiung, a city at the the top of my list of Taiwan's most beautiful cities, although some people thought that only a few parts that have been designed for tourism are clean and well organized while the other parts are still a mess.
We stayed in the Splendor Hotel which is located in the Tuntex Sky Tower, a total of 85 floors building, and the rooms we had were on the 57 floor. It was the tallest building in Taiwan and the eighth tallest in the world when it was built in 1997. Since construction of the Taipei 101, it is now number nine.

From our room we had a great view of the Kaohsiung Harbor and the Taiwan Strait. This is my favorite view of Kaohsiung, and it's also the reason I would recommend that Kaohsiung should be a must-vistit city. Be sure to stroll along the Love River during the evening like we did, the view of the color of the sunset blended into the river was absolutely gorgeous.

Riverside of the Love River.
